nacimiento hasta los 6 a 7 a\u00f1os. Por esta raz\u00f3n se prefiere realizar esta cirug\u00eda en este per\u00edodo de la vida con el fin de no alterar el crecimiento de las orejas y a su vez evitar el trauma psicol\u00f3gico que genera la burla de sus compa\u00f1eros en la escuela debido a la forma de las mismas. Para ni\u00f1os mayores y adultos, se emplear\u00e1 anestesia local asociada o no a sedaci\u00f3n, de manera que est\u00e9 despierto durante la cirug\u00eda pero relajado.<\/p>\n<p>Usualmente esta cirug\u00eda de oreja requiere incisiones en la parte posterior de la oreja aunque se pueden hacer incisiones o abordajes en la parte anterior.
